Never let a follow-up
slip through the cracks
Set a reminder for any date, or have it surface inside your next catchup with a teammate. One unified feature for every “don't forget to bring this up” moment, whether it's a deadline, a check-in, or a conversation you promised to revisit.
One reminder, two ways to surface
Give your reminder a title, pick how it should reach you, and optionally link it to a team or person. Choose a specific date if it's a deadline, or pick “during next catchup” if you want it waiting for you the next time you sit down with that person or team. Add notes so future-you has the full picture.
- Choose a specific date and time, or trigger during the next catchup
- Link to a team and optional team member for added context
- Add detailed notes so you remember why this matters
- Convert any reminder into a full action with one click if it grows in scope
New Reminder
Set a nudge for any date and time
Bring it up in the next one-to-one
Catchup reminders pop up inside the catchup form for the team or person you linked them to. Tick them off as you go and the points get appended to your notes automatically. A team-wide reminder shows up for every member of the team and only auto-archives once everyone has been ticked off, so nobody gets missed.
- Catchup reminders surface in the Reminders tab of the catchup form
- Tick a person off and the reminder text is added to your catchup notes
- Team-wide reminders appear for every team member and track who's been reminded
- The modal shows you exactly who's already been reminded and who's still pending
- Auto-archives once everyone is done so your active list stays focused
Stay on top of everything
Your reminders list keeps everything organised by urgency. Overdue reminders are highlighted so they can't be missed. Filter by Overdue, Coming Up, Later, Catchup Reminders, or Archived to focus on what matters right now, and archive reminders as you work through them.
- Overdue reminders are flagged and highlighted in red
- Catchup reminders get their own category so date-based ones stay tidy
- Archive reminders with one click once they're handled, or unarchive if they come back
- Dashboard widget and calendar view keep upcoming reminders visible at all times
